The expert calculation consists of:

1. Proposal of the PION infrared heater set
2. Calculation of annual running costs
3. The proposed infrared heater set drawn in a scheme

To provide you with an expert calculation, we need the following documents:

• The position of the property – place name of the city or municipality and/or its altitude and longitude (as pointers to the heating requirements of the property)
• The ground plan of the property with dimensions (hand-drawing is fine)
• Sectioning view of the property (i.e., at least the height of each room)
• Structure of the perimeter walls (thickness and material of the walls, ceilings and floors)
• Dimensions and type of glass in the windows and/or doors
• The position of the property (apartment) in the built-up area (i.e., the position of the property relative to the surrounding heated areas)
